Everyone may need a little exercise once in a while. Even if it just a short walk or jog around the block. Exercise is imperative to a person's well-being and hair health because it boosts the overall health and circulation in the body, which helps the blood to flow more smoothly to organs and hair follicles that need it to survive. As the blood circulation increases from various Health And Fitness Routines, it supplies vital nutrients to the hair. The veins leading to the hair follicles supplies the hair with oxygen and nutrients that are required to grow healthy hair
        
There are some diseases; such as diabetes & heart disease, that minimize the Circulation which is needed for the health of the hair cuticle. Exercise can help improve the circulation of the blood which gives the required nutrients to the hair and other parts of the body.

University of Maryland Medical Center recommends exercising at least 30 minutes daily, five days a week to maintain healthy hair. This will help benefit not only our hair but the health of our bodies also. 

I know it's hard to motivate yourself to exercise sometimes but think of the health and beauty benefits you will gain. 

Exercise helps reduce stress. Our hair is affected by stress levels.
