Bring Your Hair Back To Life With A Great Haircare Routine

Has your hair ever looked limped and lifeless? Has it appeared as if it had no viability, and nothing you tried seems to help the helpless tresses look healthy again? Your hair was so dull and lifeless; therefore, you knew you needed to change your hair care routine to something better to help you obtain healthy locks. Today we will discuss some things to avoid when taking care of your hair; as well as, some hair tips to encourage healthy growth.

A few hair care tips to avoid bad hair habits like:

What do you expect, when you don't visit the salon for the regular upkeep of your hair. Wow, some of you treat your car better than your hair. You have the decency to get the oil changed on that. Well, I'm not trying to be harsh, I just want all of you BEAUTIFUL ladies to have beautiful hair because you deserve it.

I'm here to say, that if you want to keep that hair looking good, you need to invest some time and a little money in it. Now if you like the way you look, that's fine, but still, take preventive measures.

Eat Nutritious Foods for Healthy Hair

I remember a time that I was going through stress from "so much to do" with "so little time" to do it, that I neglected my nutritious meals. I always ate out and didn't get the vegetables I needed. Between the stress and unhealthy eating, my hair began to shed.

Our hair is fed nutrition and if we don't get it, it will die.

A few of the foods that can help your hair grow are:

  • Eggs
  • Almonds
  • Avocado
  • Fortified breakfast cereal
  • Strawberries

"Fresh (or frozen!) strawberries provide antioxidants that help protect hair follicles and vitamin C to support collagen production—two things that result in stronger strands less prone to breakage, says Taub-Dix." - O - The Oprah Magazine

Things That Can Effect Your Hair Health

A great Hairstyles will bring your hair back from the dead!!

You don't want to look like one of the zombies off of the walking dead - do you?

You have too much pride in yourself to go out looking like that. I know you don't; therefore, you should eat healthier. Also, try to work out and maintain the salon-quality styling of my hair tresses.

I'm going to put it bluntly if your hair looks raggedy, so will you.

Maintain your hair with the proper hair care routine.

At least keep it clean and neat. Make sure to get your chemical service done professionally so that you won't kill the hair with over-processing.

A lot of people are on the natural kick right now. They wear it beautifully, but I'm saying everything is not for everybody. If you love natural hair, then wear it.  If you love relaxers, then get it- just make sure it's professionally done. If you have already damaged it, then seek a professional to help get you on the right track.

Just remember, if you don't have any hair, you can put some there. If you need a little more, I'll help you make it grow with some great hair care tips.

"Styles by Arica Beauty blog" will give you some beauty tips that will bring your hair back from the dead!
